36" Water Transmission Main Project JDA designed a 36" water transmission main project for the City of Yuma. The alignment is along 16th Street from Avenue B to 14th Avenue, south on 14th Avenue to 18th Street, then east on 18th Street to the City Water Tanks Complex at 16th Street and Interstate 8. The project includes approximately 2.7 miles of pipe, paving, a railroad under-crossing, and pipe bridges at the East Main Canal and Pedestrian Underpass shown here.
